R2O on BOS (that means "River to Ocean" on 92.9 WBOS)

Well, I’m thrilled to say that "River to Ocean" was played Sunday on 92.9 WBOS, which for those of you who don't know, is a GREAT station here in Boston for, well, my kind of music. That tune was written around this time of year and makes me think of spring and summer, so it’s an excellent choice!

It was included as part of the station’s “Boston Music Sundays,” which features local unsigned artists throughout the day each and every Sunday, I think between 7am and 7pm.

So if you’re around on Sundays and you’re listening to ‘BOS, and you’re so inclined…make a little reminder to yourself and please request “River to Ocean.”

It’s wonderful to see WBOS weaving some local music in during DAYTIME PROGRAMMING HOURS! They deserve a lot of credit and a lot of thanks for stepping up and helping the local music community, which is filled with a lot of talented artists who are working harder than most people realize.

Please support them in this effort by listening in and making a request now and then (ok, it’s really more a support of ME, I know…). I guarantee if you listen you’ll hear music from other Boston area artists that you’ll swear is better than most of what you hear on mainstream radio…
